✅ 1. Return Conditions

You can request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that:
• The product is in its original condition.
• Unused.
• In the original and intact packaging.
• The order number or invoice is provided.

• A full refund will be issued using the same payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via:
• Bank transfer.
• Or mobile wallet (such as Vodafone Cash and others).

📌 Note: Only the product amount will be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable, as the shipping service has already been provided. The refund will be processed after the product has been inspected by the relevant department.
